A landowner approached us to convert an idle 300 sq.yd. plot into a saleable asset without selling the land outright.
Scope of work
Feasibility, collaboration structuring, design, approvals and construction.
Challenges on this project
The initial feasibility showed a thin margin at prevailing rates. Reworking the unit mix from four large floors to five smaller ones brought the project into a viable band for the target buyer segment.
Outcome
Structure is complete to the third floor and finishing has begun. Two units are already reserved.
