We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site, and we do not ask for or store payment card details anywhere on it.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project
- To prepare a feasibility opinion, estimate or quotation for you
- To follow up on an enquiry you started but did not complete
- To keep records required for our own contractual and statutory obligations
We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list, and we do not send bulk promotional messages.
Who sees it
Enquiry details are seen by our project and sales team only. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it outside the company in just three situations:
- Service providers who host this website or send email on our behalf, bound to use the data only for that purpose.
- Professional advisors — accountants or lawyers — where a specific engagement requires it.
- Legal obligation — where we are required to disclose by law or a valid order from a competent authority.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: retained for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records for executed projects: retained as long as required for contractual, warranty and statutory purposes.
- Server logs: typically retained for 90 days.
How it is protected
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on access-controlled servers. Access is limited to team members who need it for their work. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise — but we do not retain data we have no reason to hold, which is the most effective protection available.
Your choices
You may, at any time, ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information of yours we hold
- Correct anything that is inaccurate
- Delete your enquiry record, where we are not required to retain it
- Stop contacting you about a previous enquiry

External links and embeds
Pages on this site embed a Google Maps frame and link to social profiles and WhatsApp. Those services apply their own privacy policies once you interact with them, and we have no control over what they collect.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance of the revision.
