Quality First

Quality is the foundation of every successful project — and the only thing a client still notices ten years later.

Quality on a building site is not a slogan, it is a sequence of refusals: refusing to pour concrete that has not been cube-tested, refusing to plaster over a wall that has not cured, refusing to accept steel without a test certificate. We run a written check at each of those points, and work does not advance until the check is signed. It slows a few days here and there. It also means that the parts of your building you will never see are built the same way as the parts you will.

The proof

  • Concrete cube tests at 7 and 28 days for every structural pour
  • Mill test certificates retained for every steel consignment
  • Approved-brand list issued to the client before work starts
  • Written stage checklist signed before the next activity begins

Professional Execution

Projects managed through systematic planning, supervision and coordination — not improvisation.

Every project gets a named project manager, a baseline programme and a fortnightly report. Labour is engaged through supervised gangs rather than assembled daily at a chowk. Drawings carry revision numbers and a register records which version went to site, so nobody builds from a superseded print. None of this is exotic — it is simply what professional execution means, and it is what separates a construction company from a collection of contractors.

The proof

  • A named project manager accountable from kick-off to handover
  • Baseline bar chart shared at start, tracked fortnightly
  • Controlled drawing register with revision tracking
  • Documented site instructions instead of verbal changes

Integrated Services

Construction, architecture, interiors and real estate on one platform — so the gaps between them stop being your problem.

Most project disputes live in the space between disciplines: the architect blames the contractor, the contractor blames the drawing, the interior designer finds the ducts in the wrong place. When all four sit inside one company, that space closes. A clash is settled internally in an afternoon instead of becoming a three-week email chain in which the client is the referee.

The proof

  • One contract and one accountable team across all disciplines
  • Structural, MEP and interior layers clash-checked before site
  • No coordination gaps handed back to the client to resolve
  • Single point of warranty after handover

Transparent Approach

Clear communication and clear arithmetic throughout the project journey.

You get an itemised BOQ before work starts, not a lump sum. Payments follow completed stages, not the calendar. Variations are priced and approved in writing before they are executed, never discovered on the final bill. And when something goes wrong on site — because on a long project something always does — you hear it from us first, with what it costs and what we propose to do.

The proof

  • Itemised BOQ with rate analysis issued before commencement
  • Stage-linked payment schedule tied to verified progress
  • Written approval required for every variation, before execution
  • Fortnightly report including problems, not only progress

Modern Solutions

Contemporary design, current techniques and materials chosen for how they age.

We use AAC blockwork where dead load matters, aluminium formwork where repetition justifies it, post-tensioning where a span demands it, and 3D walkthroughs so clients decide from something real rather than imagining a plan. Modern does not mean fashionable — it means selecting the method that is genuinely better for your particular building, and being able to explain why.

The proof

  • 3D visualisation and walkthroughs before construction begins
  • AAC, PT and system formwork used where they genuinely help
  • Energy and daylight considered at planning stage, not retrofitted
  • Digital progress reporting with a photographic record

Client Satisfaction

Converting a client’s vision into a successful, lasting project — and staying reachable after the keys change hands.

The measure of a construction company is not the handover photograph, it is whether the client can still reach someone eighteen months later when a tap drips or a door swells in the monsoon. Our warranty is written, our defect-liability period is real, and the project manager who built your house is the person who answers when you call about it.

The proof

  • Written structural and workmanship warranties at handover
  • Defined defect-liability period with a named contact
  • Snag list closed jointly before final payment
  • A majority of our work comes from referrals and repeat clients

Brainstorm vs
a typical local contractor.

A local contractor is often the right choice — for a boundary wall, a small renovation, or when you have the time and knowledge to supervise personally. This table is about where the difference actually starts to matter.

What you are comparing Typical local contractor Brainstorm Construction
Legal entity Often an individual or unregistered firm Private Limited, CIN U45309HR2021PTC094105
What you sign A rate on a page, sometimes verbal Agreement with BOQ, specification and brand list attached
Structural design Frequently "as per experience" Designed to IS 456 with drawings and bar bending schedules
Soil test Usually skipped Carried out before foundation design
Concrete testing Rarely done Cube tests at 7 and 28 days, records retained
Steel documentation Whatever is available at the local yard Mill test certificate for every consignment
Quality process Informal, based on the supervisor’s judgement BSC Quality Protocol — 46 documented checks per floor
Progress reporting Phone calls when asked Fortnightly written report with dated photographs
Payment basis Often calendar or demand-driven Linked to certified stage completion
Variations Discussed verbally, billed at the end Priced and approved in writing before execution
Site safety Minimal; often no insurance PPE enforced, edge protection, workmen and third-party insurance
Warranty Verbal assurance Written — 10 yr structure, 5 yr waterproofing, 1 yr workmanship
After handover Often unreachable within a year Defect-liability period with a named contact
Cost Lower headline rate Higher headline rate; usually lower total cost of ownership

The honest caveat

We have deliberately marked the last row in the contractor’s favour, because it is true — their quoted rate will nearly always be lower than ours. The argument for our model is not that we are cheaper on day one. It is that a documented structure, a written warranty and a legal entity behind the work are worth something on a thirty-year asset. If your project is small and you can supervise it yourself, a good local contractor may genuinely be the better decision, and we will say so.

What our warranty
actually covers.

Structure

Against structural defect in the RCC frame, foundation and load-bearing elements.

Waterproofing

On treated terraces, bathrooms, sunken slabs and basements, stated area-wise.

Modular Carcass

On kitchen and wardrobe carcass against manufacturing defect.

Workmanship

On finishes, fittings, hardware and installation across the project.

Warranties are issued as documents at handover, not as promises in a meeting. They state what is covered, for how long, and what voids them — including normal wear, third-party alterations and lack of routine maintenance.

“What convinced me was the first meeting, where they told me my original budget would not deliver the specification I was describing. Every other contractor had simply agreed with me. The project ran fourteen months and finished two weeks early. The fortnightly reports included the problems as well as the progress, which I had not experienced before on any construction job.”

“We were in Singapore for the entire project and had to approve everything remotely. They shipped physical material samples to us twice rather than letting us decide from photographs, which delayed selection by a fortnight and saved us from at least two choices we would have regretted. We moved in straight from the airport.”

“Another contractor had already quoted for my third floor without looking at the structure. Brainstorm scanned the columns first and came back to say six of them could not carry the load as built. That conversation cost them a quick job and earned my complete trust. They jacketed the columns and then built the floor properly.”

What you can
hold us to.

The questions worth asking any builder about testing, materials and what happens after handover.

We work to the BSC Quality Protocol — 46 documented checks per floor across six stages, from foundation through waterproofing. Work does not advance past a stage until its checklist is signed. Concrete is cube-tested at 7 and 28 days, steel arrives with mill test certificates, concealed services are pressure-tested and photographed before being covered, and waterproofing is ponded for 48 hours before any finish goes over it.
Ten years on the structure against structural defect, five years on waterproofing, ten years on modular carcass against manufacturing defect, and one year on workmanship, fittings and finishes. A defect-liability period with a named contact runs from handover, and the project manager who built your project is the person who answers that call.
Within reason, yes. We issue an approved-brand list before work starts and you can select from it or nominate alternatives. Where a proposed substitute would compromise structural performance or void a warranty, we will say so in writing and let you decide with that on record.
Yes — helmets and harnesses for anyone working at height, edge protection and guard rails on open slabs, scaffolding inspected before use, an on-site first-aid kit and emergency contact list, and site insurance covering workmen and third-party liability. A site that is unsafe is almost always disorganised in other ways too.
