A three-storey academic block with sixteen classrooms, two laboratories, an administration wing and an assembly hall, to be completed within an academic-year window.

Challenges on this project
The completion date was fixed by the academic calendar and could not move. We ran two concurrent structural fronts with separate labour gangs to protect the date.
Outcome
Occupied for the intended academic session, with the assembly hall completed in the following phase.
